Co-Owner and Staff Development Specialist
Natalie oversees staff development so that VCVC staff know how much they are valued. She grew up in South Carolina but has come to love the Great Plains. Her hobbies include reading voraciously, attempting to garden, and travel. She has studied in Australia, taught in China and Russia, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a Master’s degree from Kansas State University. When she isn’t team building, she's probably driving carpool, cheering for her kids at one of their many sporting events, planning the next family road trip, or catching up with a friend on a walk or over a cup of coffee. Natalie’s constant companions around the house are the family’s ever faithful Bouviers, Beatrix and Mudbud.
