We arrived in the waiting room and were immediately taken back to the exam room. And once the visit was completed, I could pay in the room instead of in the waiting room. I absolutely love that! It's easier to pull your card out of your purse and not have to worry about if my dog was going to interact with another dog. My dog experiences some anxiety when coming into the vet's office so the quicker we can get into a room, the better! Thank you for such kind and caring staff, every time!! I appreciate you.
